WonderCon has this description for the Last Ship panel:
The Last Ship returns to WonderCon for a first look at the upcoming season and a panel with producers and cast including Adam Baldwin, Bridget Regan, Travis Van Winkle, Marissa Neitling and Jocko Sims. Following the epic season two cliffhanger, the highly anticipated third season finds the crew of the Nathan James shifting their attention to Asia after President Michener hears rumblings that the Chinese leader, President Peng, has been hoarding the “Scott cure” instead of distributing it to the people in the region. Michener sends Chandler to a global summit to investigate this allegation, as well as rumors of a possible mutation of the original virus that has caused a fresh outbreak in Japan. If the mutation has occurred, and Asia has not been protected, the consequences for the world are dire. And with Rachel Scott shot in the season 2 finale and her fate as yet unknown, hope is in low supply. Panel attendees will be treated to never-before-seen footage and a revealing discussion led by TV Guide’s Rob Moynihan. All new episodes of The Last Ship air on TNT this summer.
The panel is Saturday March 26, 2016 11:00am – 12:00pm in Room 408AB so be sure to head there early as the room will fill up quick. No word yet on whether TNT will also do a signing for The Last Ship, so pay attention to TNT on Twitter for the WonderCon updates on that.
While Agent Carter ended its second season (and possibly series, we find out in May) tonight, some questions remained unanswered while many new ones came out of the episode. While we saw the last of Dottie after her escape, she was talked about in this new Hollywood Reporter interview with EP Michele Fazekas:
Dottie (Bridget Regan) is still out there. If/when the show returns, will she play a bigger part next season, possibly as the main villain?
Fazekas: We will put Bridget Regan in as many episodes as she wants to be in. She has like two other jobs. [Laughs] But I know she has said that she has now put it into her contract that she can work on Agent Carter whenever it fits into her schedule. So we will use her as much as we can. We love writing Dottie. She’s a character that you can put with any other character and it will be amazing.

When last we tuned into Agent Carter, the titular hero had been freshly impaled on a piece of rebar, leading her bleeding all over Sousa’s sofa. As a result, Peggy needs to find a fellow femme trained in espionage who can accompany Jarvis to a lavish gala where Whitney Frost will be in attendance.
Cue the return of Dottie Underwood, who’s as pleased as punch to see her gal pal Peggy come to her for a favor — especially one that will get her sprung from her SSR confines, for this Tuesday’s double-episode outing (ABC, 9/8c).
Bridget Regan spoke with TVLine about Dottie’s unexpected and “unpredictable” mission for the good guys, the Legend-ary lesson she learned about fighting in a dress and the new tricks up her sleeve on TNT’s The Last Ship.
TVLINE | Were your ears burning other day when Hayley Atwell sang to me your praises as a laser-focused, disciplined actor?
Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Stop. Stop. I’d say the exact same thing about her. Hayley is a force. So strong.TVLINE | Watching this week’s double-header, it struck me that Dottie is very, very funny. I mean, her sass level is at, like, 11.
Don’t you love the comedy this season, that it’s been turned up in general? But thank you. The thing is, it’s just play for her. In Season 1, she’s working for Fenhoff, she’s been told,agent-carter-fenhoff-dottie “Kill Peggy Carter,” so she was working, working, working. Now, Peggy busts her out of jail, so how fun is this going to be! This was a lot better than the Friday night she had planned. It’s all play. Play, play, play.
Bridget Regan has a habit that is anything but annoying and manages to regularly get her TV fans all in a tizzy (including this one).
She has a habit of embodying television characters that we can get enough of! Am I wrong? (No, I’m not.)
Case in point, we’ve been dying to see Regan back on the CW’s “Jane The Virgin” ever since we fell in with the character of Rose (aka the evil Sin Rostro). Like her lover Luisa (Yara Martinez) even though she hasn’t been around this season, we can’t seem to shake her. [Spoiler: Rose finally appeared again in the February 8th episode of “Jane”]
Then, over on ABC’s splendidly fun and engaging, “Marvel’s Agent Carter,” Regan took on another villainous role, Russian bad girl for hire, Dottie Underwood, who made life hell for Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) but their banter and kick ass fight scenes were a joy to watch.
Now, as we’re deep into the second season of “Agent Carter,” we come to this week’s double episode that has Peggy in a situation where she needs someone to help bring down Hollywood starlet/villain, Whitney Frost (Wynn Everett) – enter Dottie Underwood, who has been imprisoned but is going to get out of jail (for now) to help the SSR.
We haven’t seen the deadly Russian spy Dottie Underwood (Bridget Regan) since the Agent Carter season premiere a few weeks back, but she returns in a big way Tuesday night, in two back-to-back new episodes.
These episodes find Peggy (Hayley Atwell) needing help and with few options, leading her to make a desperate move by looking for none other than Dottie to assist her and Jarvis (James D’Arcy) on a vital mission.
I spoke to Regan about Dottie’s return and what viewers can expect from this unusual situation. Regan discussed just what’s at the root of Dottie’s constant flirtatious vibe with Peggy, working alongside James D’Arcy — as Whitney and Jarvis go undercover (and dance!) together — and more, including what it was like for the actress to discover her character was part of the Black Widow program back in Season 1.
On Tuesday’s Agent Carter, three powerhouse women will throw down as each attempts to achieve her mission, some of which are more noble than others. Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) decides to break Dottie Underwood (Bridget Regan) out of prison to stop Whitney Frost (Wynn Everett) from causing any more harm. Of course, Dottie isn’t exactly the most reliable SSR recruit, which means Jarvis (James D’Arcy) will have his hands full when the two go undercover at one of Calvin Chadwick’s parties.
To find out what happens when Dottie and Whitney meet and more, check out what Regan revealed in our interview with the actress below.
